I ordered for an Eyeko cream last March 1, 2009. I have already been charged by Paypal but my order, according to the website, is still pending. I e-mailed Eyeko a couple of times and got no response. So I resolved to reporting it to Paypal.
Has anyone experienced this? I’m worried. It sucks coz I’ve been really interested in the eyeko cream. π¦

Hi π Actually I got an email from them saying that if it’s “pending” it means that it has already been sent (as opposed to what other websites do). I have problems with the postal office in Ortigas, so I never send my orders there, while our local post office at home, its smaller so people are quicker. Give it some more time, I hope you’ll get it soon π

hey im actually surprised that they haven’t answered your emails.
normally when i had to email them, they responded in like a day or two max.
but then again this was before all the eyeko blogger hype…in nov-dec.
anyway you should be fine. I think its just taking long cause of where you are located.
it takes me 2 weeks and 2 days, on average to get to Canada…so I can only assume southeast asia is roughly 3-4 weeks??

hi! thanks. I was expecting a long delivery timev(given my location). i really dont mind the waiting time. I was just worried because they haven’t replied to my emails. But after reporting a dispute in Paypal, they replied (just now) and offered a refund or if I would prefer if they resend my order. I could wait one more week but I told them i’d prefer for them to resend than refund my payment. I really want to try the product! haha π
